It’s good that you’re thinking of booking ahead now, as you’ll be there at a busy time – best to book online, where you can find a range of options available for different budgets, though you may need to extend your search to the port area that surrounds the old town, rather than just within the actual medieval town walls.
In the old town itself, the classy Hostal Residencia La Ventana (http://www.laventanaibiza.com/) has lovely rooms with fantastic views, and a roof terrace, but only offers doubles, which will come in at a costly 200Euro/night.
For more wallet-friendly accommodation and for 3-person rooms, the port area has several options. Hostal Residencia Parque, http://www.hostalparque.com/, is in a prime position just outside the old town walls, with triple rooms for 150 Euro/night. You could try the more budget option of Hostal Juanito or Hostal Las Nieves (http://www.hostalibiza.com/, both run by the same management and just next to each other), a hundred metres or so from the old town, where triples are around the 90-95 Euro mark. Another option you might want to consider is getting a self-catering apartment – Apartamentos El Puerto (http://www.ibizaelpuerto.com/) offer simple 3-person apartments right by the port, a few hundred metres from the old town, with a gym and an outdoor pool in the complex.
Hope that helps! Have a great trip,
