Any recomendations for places to camp on the coast in New England. I’ve done the outer cape and acadia.

Koa is a great resource! Of course, where you camp all depends on the kind of experience you are looking for–car camping, hike-in camping, etc.
If you kayak, you might consider the small town of Essex, Connecticut, which offers an entry point to the Connecticut River. One popular trip with locals is to kayak downriver (kayaks available to rent) and camp (with permit) at one of the river’s small islands, then continue kayaking around to the Sound. The Connecticut River Paddlers’ Trail includes information on campsites and access points along the length of the river (connecticutriverpaddlerstrail.org). Have fun!
Kampgrounds of America (KOA; 406 248 7444; http://www.koa.com) are a brilliant resource for searching for campgrounds across the US. If you select New England in the search field it brings up a map and you can see options all along the coast… if you find anywhere great, get in touch and recommend it, so we can include it in the next guide!
